Overview

The ‘Advocate Rewards’ report is a great way to find out more information about an Advocate’s Rewards, their statuses, and more! This can be especially helpful if the Advocate accidentally deleted their Reward Email, or doesn’t know where their Reward is. Here are some key terms and definitions!

Date

The date of the last update made to the Advocate’s Reward.

Status

The current status of the Advocate’s Reward. This can be one of four statuses:

  • Distributed
  • Pending
  • Rejected
  • Not Eligible

Advocate

The details surrounding the Advocate. This will include:

  • Email
  • Customer ID
  • IP Address

Reward

The details surrounding the Referral Reward. This will include:

  • Type
  • Code (if applicable)
  • Amount
  • Delivery Date

Referral

The details surrounding the referral, and how the referral was made. This will include:

  • Campaign
  • Widget
  • Channel
  • Referral Code

Friend’s Purchase

The details surrounding the Referred Friend’s purchase. This will include:

  • Email
  • Customer ID
  • IP Address
  • Order ID
  • Order Amount
